Salon Policies

Thank you for choosing Hair by Nina & Co!  To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our policies: 

Bookings

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of [Please see individual professional for deposit requirements] This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. 

Cancellation

We understand that things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will unfortunately be charged 50% of the booked service. 

Late Arrivals

​We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.  Arriving late may affect the time allocated for your service and may result in a shortened appointment or a need to reschedule.

Payment

We accept cash and card payments. 

Children

To ensure you and other clients have the best possible experience with us, we advise little ones not to be brought into the salon for long appointments, due to the type of treatments we provide to clients and to maintain a calm environment.

Gratuities

Tipping is not required but is always appreciated for excellent service.

If you have any specific requests or preferences regarding your service, please let us know in advance.
